Downtown Oakland after the protest

I wandered through downtown Oakland after last night’s protest. After hearing about it on the morning news, I had to go check it out for myself. The reports of devastation seemed overwrought to my eyes. A bunch of graffiti, a few overturned trash cans and one upended mobile street sign. The most interesting thing to me was the protest art.
